5) Provide training & co-orientate to the client for UAN Activation, KYC Approvals using E-Signed / Digital signature, Online E-nomination, PF Transfer, Withdraw of PF Advance & final settlements
6) Ensure retirement benefits Like Pension of Superannuation, Retirements, Total PF Withdraw & In case death of Employee Proceed the death case claim for Dependent Pension, Insurance under EDLI, Total PF Withdraw
7) Educate and update the clients with various developments and amendments by providing transparent support.
8) Coordinate various matters, other legal matters, and represent the clients to PF Authorities

1) Registration of establishment under this Act
2) Allotted ESIC Number & E-pahchan card of each coverable employees
3) Working on The Monthly ESI Contribution from Salary / Wages Compliance data provided by company
4) Preparation of online ESI Challan & sent details to client for proceed the compliance payment.
5) Guide & Conduct Awareness programme for employers as well as employees to get proper benefits available under the ESI Scheme
6) Coordinate accident matters, other legal matters and represent the clients to ESI Authorities
7) Preparation and Maintained the inspection Book, Accident book, Form No 32, form No 37

Providing Day to day Consultancy for matter pertaining to tax on Profession

1) Registration / Enrollment under Professional Tax of PTRC / PTEC
2) Assistance in Monthly deductions & payment of Profession Tax
3) Co-ordinate to the client for how to paid monthly & Yearly PTRC / PTEC Payment of Director, Company using Net Banking Facilities
4) Submitting monthly & Yearly PTRC (III-B) returns
5) Co-ordinate to client Professional Tax assessment time to time
6) Educate and update the clients with various developments and amendments by providing transparent support

1) Online Registration of Establishment under MLWF
2) Preparation & Submission of Half Yearly return in month of July & Dec & payment due on & before 15th July & 15th January respectively
3) Attending to assessment/ Inspection or verification of record by department
4) Keeping informed all the clients of the changes notified by government by time to time
